My Founder Story

I guess you should know a little about me and why I started Anyday! I moved to Austin, TX in 2020 from my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. I didn’t know a single soul in Austin, but knew it was where I wanted to start my post-grad life. I was SO eager to start my first full time job, (Account Manager at TikTok) but quickly realized that working from home in a brand new city AND doing a job I didn’t enjoy was just not going to cut it. I hated the idea of living for the weekend on a continuous loop where life just passed me by. So one day I decided, I’m going to have more fun on weekdays.

What started as a cute tagline became a movement. The movement became a community. In 2021, I turned Fun on Weekdays into a podcast all about living life to the fullest and sharing my ambitions (and flops!) along the way. I started a Facebook group to connect my listeners, but it quickly grew into a massive networking page to make new friends, find roommates, find jobs, match-make, and offer support for women in their 20-40s. I realized that so many of these women were longing for connection and real genuine friends, and eventually started hosting social events to bring my community together IRL! We traveled all over the country - happy hours, Halloween parties, sporting events, paint & sips, book clubs, walking groups, you name it. Fun on Weekdays was the start of everything that follows.

In 2023, I started feeling increasingly more insecure. I’m not sure there was ever a time in my life when I loved how I looked and felt. I was always pretty active, but let’s be honest - I had NO idea what I was doing in the gym. I fell in love with group fitness classes for that reason. It was so nice to show up and be told exactly what to do from someone I trusted, in a room full of people that gave me confidence to keep showing up (even when I wanted to cancel). I’ve done everything - kickboxing, cycling, HIIT workouts, a very very short running era, yoga, and Pilates, but always found myself going back to barre. I LOVED moving to the beat, allowing myself to actually have fun and smile during class, and the feeling of finding an instructor you can’t wait to see again. One day I decided -wait… I could totally do that.

In spring 2023, I became a certified barre instructor and I’ve been teaching ever since! When I became a trainer, I found myself actually attending classes less and less. I really lacked confidence and an effective, consistent training plan. I decided to text one of my good friends, Madison, who is a personal trainer. We started training together 2 times a week and she taught me everything I know (and continue to learn) about strength training. She built a program that combined strength, my barre classes, and the fun group classes I still loved to take in free time. I began sharing my personal fitness journey online, and completely changed my life over the past 2.5 years of investing in my health. I think alot of women related to my story because they saw so much of themselves in me - busy women who are trying to be good friends, good partners, excel in their career, take care of kids, find time to workout, self care, eat healthy, AND have fun. It can feel like an extremely overwhelming task, and it’s not something you learn how to balance overnight. Quite frankly - I’m still trying to learn how to balance it myself!

As Fun on Weekdays came to a close in 2024, I was searching for my next passion project. I started Barre to Brunch in 2025 as a way to connect my love for events with my love for movement in a way that was approachable for women who may have never done a workout class before. It had the social aspect of Fun on Weekdays, the beautifully curated settings girls loved, and reflected my personal interests. I lead 200 girls through a 50 minute class followed by brunch, drinks, and new friends. We traveled to 5 cities - Dallas, Austin, Houston, Cleveland, and Boston. Each event sold out in seconds, and the response from guests is what inspired me to create Anyday. It turned out that girls wanted to be able to do these workouts outside of Barre to Brunch. They wanted more workouts, and they wanted more events. In summer of 2025, I found a team of developers to help me build what I believe is a platform that will change lives. And now here we are!

Over the past year, I have been intentionally building a platform with features and coaches that I personally want to use and follow. Anyday is a fitness platform that offers workout classes, nutrition, events, and community. We are not going to promise you overnight transformations. We don’t believe in restricting, sacrificing having fun, or cutting out everything you love in life for the sake of being smaller. We are here to educate, inspire, help you grow stronger, connect you to women on the same journey, and keep this space honest, relatable, and a reminder that true transformation comes from consistent choices over time.

I actually get goosebumps when I think about all of the incredible things in the Anyday pipeline. My goal is to continue traveling the world for various events - Barre to Brunch, women’s retreats, pop-up studios, college tours, you name it, nothing is off limits! We will continuously build our nutrition features - adding more recipes, adding more technology integrations to track your macros/ connect to other devices. We will continue to build our workout programs and class libraries - more class styles, more trainers, more modalities. Anyday Studios opening all around the country - Okay, this one might sound a little crazy, but I’ve always dreamed big! Anyday is built around the needs of our members, and we are always open ears to learn how we can improve this platform as we grow together!
